My current role aims to optimize network infrastructure, bringing technological advancements and automation through DevOps practices adapted for on-premises infrastructure. I primarily use the following tools: Ansible, Terraform, Zabbix, Python, and the good old Bash. Working as a post-sales support analyst for provider clients regarding GPON systems, EMS/NMS, and Energy (rectifier systems). Providing remote technical support, conducting product certification processes (remote and on-site), and delivering technical training on the products (remote and on-site). Key activities include:Post-Sales Support: Provided customer support through Multilaser's own platform for clients needing assistance with GPON, energy, or NMS products. Worked during business hours and also on an on-call basis. Assisted clients of all sizes and handled call escalations.Product Homologation for different customers: Led product homologation processes for network products, OLTs, NMS, and Rectifier Systems, both for new and existing clients. Worked in a personalized manner to ensure compliance with each client's specific requirements. Noteworthy is the certification of the Netnumen network management system, where I deepened my knowledge of system integration via REST APIs and SOAP.Documentation Creation: Took the initiative to create various documents about the products I worked with, including technical procedures illustrating different network configurations for each product.Online and On-Site Training: Developed and delivered online and on-site training sessions for strategic clients, providing in-depth knowledge about the systems and ensuring optimal utilization of these technologies. I also took the initiative to record a video training session on the GPON system, which helped optimize training time with clients and increase efficiency and reach.

As Technical Manager, I was responsible for designing and structuring the roles of the then-called CGA (Access Management Center), which aimed to monitor and manage OLTs and radio base stations. The team also supported the customer service departments (first-level support). Additionally, we developed automation projects to increase team efficiency. The CGA was created with the mission of providing solutions for first-level support escalations and, when not possible, correctly identifying the root cause to forward the issue to the responsible department (third-level support or field teams). One of the second-level team's responsibilities was to conduct GPON solution certifications (OLT and ONU). We developed a certification method that deviated slightly from the standard RFQ. We objectively evaluated each certification point based on its criticality and the equipment's performance. The CGA team also ensured that the ERP integration with different OLT brands worked properly, addressing errors in automatic customer provisioning, identifying the root cause of failures, and definitively correcting script errors or communication failures between systems. I actively participated in two merger and acquisition processes, playing roles in team integration and network and process harmonization. During M&A processes, my focus remained on ensuring a smooth transition and efficient service continuity.

At Conecta W Telecom, a regional internet service provider in the interior of Paraná, with approximately 10,000 subscribers, I started as a technical support for end-users. Within a year, I progressed to level 3 support, working in areas such as internal (OSPF) and external (BGP) routing, maintenance of layer 2 backbone (STP), OLT and network server management. Among the activities I participated in, I highlight:Implementation projects of WiFi networks for events: Conecta W served various regional events, providing internet connectivity through Wireless networks built with Unifi equipment managed through a controller.IPv6 implementation project: When I joined, the provider had not yet implemented IPv6, but the major project in 2019 was to structure and make the network 100% ready to provide IPv6. I was involved from the network addressing resource planning, configuration, and subsequent maintenance.High availability clustering project for client authentication servers: Through timer manipulation (Pado Delay) and layer 2 interconnection of PPPoE authentication servers and OLTs, a project was developed and implemented to provide high availability for client authentication servers.Network structuring to support remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic: I structured VPNs (OpenVPN) with virtualized and high availability PFSense.Network monitoring using Zabbix: I implemented the Zabbix solution for network monitoring, structuring templates, alarms, and sending notifications via email and Telegram.Active participation during the merger/acquisition process by Webby: I participated in the entire merger and acquisition process of ConectaW by Webby, both technically and in procedural matters regarding how the day-to-day activities of one provider would be mapped to the other.
