I started dubbing in 1998, at just 11 years old, thanks to my grandfather Orlando Drummond, a professional with more than 70 years of career. Over these 22 years working with dubbing I had the opportunity to lend my voice to countless characters in films, series and animations. I was closely monitored by my grandfather, who passed on to me all his market experience, ethical and moral values to always do my best.In 2013 I had my first experience as a dubbing director. It wasn't long before I discovered a new passion in Management. I learned that Directing goes beyond dubbing inside the studio. A Director must be involved in the project, researching and producing.At the same time, I had the experience of translating some productions, which further strengthened my ties with Dubbing. I was able to understand how complex the dubbing pre-production process is. A good translation reflects directly on the quality of the final product. I improved my technical knowledge and learned to use tools linked to audio, such as ProTools.With that in mind, I immersed myself in the games market from 2014 and I was successful in the projects of which I was Director and General Supervisor of Direction. The daily work in the Direction of Games differs from the work of Dubbing Director, but it added a lot to my understanding. As Project Director and Supervisor I was in charge of reviewing the texts that were sent by the client, choosing the actors for the roles, creating a schedule for receiving and sending the materials, as well as a whole post-production part, analyzing and revising previously recorded material. I was successful in the projects. All have been critically acclaimed as excellent locations. I can say, as a gameplayer, that the final result was really sensational.In 2016 I returned to the old passion: the Dubbing Direction. Now with a much greater professional load. Applying in practice everything I have learned over these 18 years with dubbing, translation and Games Direction and Supervision. I apply my methodology of immersion work in the project and in post-production in my day-to-day with the review of all text changes that are made by the actors in the studio.In 2020 I consolidated myself as one of the main dubbing directors, being responsible for the dubbing direction of critically acclaimed projects such as: All Marvel Netflix series (Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Punisher, Defenders) , The Witcher, Disenchantment, Vis a Vis, The Crown (s3), among others.
