Since 2022 as Director of Application Technology at TIS in Angola, I have more than 20 years of international experience dedicated to Oracle databases and Middleware.I am from Brazil, where I started my professional and I am living in Angola since 2016, where I was responsible for implementing the first computerized tax system in the country, with full geographic coverage, a project worth more than $300M, involving a team of 120 people and a challenging delivery time.Over the years I had the opportunity to provide services to large companies and specialized in crucial technologies for the sector.In parallel, from 2008 to 2017, I was an instructor at Oracle University, where I taught several courses for renowned companies in Brazil, Argentina and Angola, including Vivo, C&A, Banco Itaú, Banco Central do Brasil, Porto Seguro, BTG Pactual and Ericsson, with more than 880 hours of training.In addition to the strong technical profile, my experience in different cultural contexts and different management models in recent years have given me a deep knowledge of the needs of companies in different geographies and the needs of the people in them.With a talent for visualizing the end result, building bridges and finding solutions, I am called upon both personally and at work to offer my vision on the most diverse topics.Honesty, focus, respect for others, a strong sense of the whole, of the team, and of their intra- and inter-relationships, combined with a transparent leadership style and clear communication skills complete my picture as a people manager and a project manager.
