Analyzed, critiqued, and submitted feedback regarding the Independent Reporting Mechanism’s (IRM) progress and end-of-term reports that monitored country's performance on the implementation of commitments on public accountability, access to information, civic participation, and the utilization of current technologies to improve governance. Additionally, I adviced the OGP's Support Unit with an assessment of the consultation process carried out by the government of Azerbaijan to develop their second national action plan, based on the guidelines given by OGP’s Steering Committee and rules provided by the Independent Reporting Mechanism (IRM).
