The firm's focus is on the areas of serious personal injury and consumer rights. We also represent persons involved in wrongful towing and insurance dispute claims. Earned a Bachelor from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama, where I was a member of the Bench and Bar, the Honor Court, an editor for the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review, served as the Vice President and Treasurer of the Latin American Student Bar Association, received the Order of the Samaritan and Dean’s Community Service Award, a recipient of the Birmingham Bar Association Memorial Scholarship, and awarded the Most Outstanding Student Award in Trial Advocacy II.Prior to the practice of law, I was a professional athlete racing in the sport of triathlon.My professional memberships include the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar (Leadership Institute member), and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. I am also a member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Board of Directors.My wife and I are both members of Tampa's Radiant Church, and we are both proud to live and serve the Tampa Bay community.
