Currently, I am focused on building agile initiatives for EDP's international operations, co-managing 8 products centered around Internal Ticket Management, Claims Management, Specialization Management, Space Management, Fleet Management, among others.My main challenge is to enable the Vision and Roadmap through initiatives aligned with stakeholders´ interests while taking into consideration scope, time, and cost. Stakeholder management, prioritization, backlog refinement and analysis (with Developers, POs, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches) are an essential part of the job.Key achievements during this period include:- Tripled productivity in story points per sprint (from 75 to 230), while maintaining high quality in deliveries, reinforced communication, and sustainable workload.- Complete upgrade of an OutsystemsUI platform to Reactive, redesigning and recreating rules for over 800 screens/interactions through Figma/Jira.- Implementation of onboarding tools for new team members.- Current 100% completion rate of items planned in the Roadmap, with strong prospects for the upcoming quarters.- Low turnover rate within the development team.- After my hiring, and due to new acquisitions, we were able to improve internal integration which led to a multiplication of storypoints per sprint by 3 while keeping high level outputs

The main objective of this project was to understand the urban planning market around the world.By weighing the different national and planning schools’ standards, an extensive desk research was done addressing training offer and potential careers.As a result, a market profile was structured, and insights were evidenced through maps and dashboards aiming at improving the university's position in the global market.

Rotterdam E Região, Holanda

By making use of SCRUM with hybrid (AGILE and PMBOK) practices, I was responsible for the development of a project for the municipalities of Rotterdam and Bristol under the responsibility of the Hogeschool Rotterdam. The main objective was to provide the KPIs of public spaces and suggest improvements to increase the quality of public spaces based on similar challenges faced by both cities. Various means of analysis were used to understand and find possible improvement paths, such as theoretical research, interviews, public participation events, field research in both municipalities. As a result, proposals for improvements were presented in a symposium for which I was the master of ceremonies.The final main activities were:- Facilitation of meetings - Shared stakeholder and backlog management activities with the coordinator- Strong use of OKRs to motivate and provide reachable goals for a lively team- Desk Research on public spaces of both cities- Creation of a Scope Statement and Work Breakdown Structure - Field research with stakeholder engagement through meetings and cooperation based on the “100 Resilient Cities” framework- Writing of a full report documenting findings (a complete development of KPIs common to both cities and suggestions of improvement/cooperation) and processes.

On this occasion, I was able to analyze and generate proposals for urban solutions capable of increasing and improving sustainable touristic activities in the Queluz’s Woods. The proposal involved institutional, urbanistic, territorial, socioeconomic, tourism and mobility analysis that enabled the development of solutions in terms of infrastructure and visitation improvements guided by a strict assessment of economic viability.Some of the main activities included:- Scope planning and management- Stakeholder engagement and management (municipality, business, suppliers)- Requisite Collection based on close contact with the main company (internal) and society’s (external) stakeholders- Cost estimation and control- Economic Feasibility analysis (budget, long term amortization of debt)- Acquisition Plan that included all structures and materials - Risk Analysis (Quantitative and Qualitative) which culminated in the creation of scenarios that considered potential pricing and fluctuated according to economic context and public response to the initiative- Documentation of main results and processes

I undertook the development of specific projects in the area of consultancy in internationalization of companies.On the occasion, I was able to conduct two major projects, the first, matchmaking for companies interested in entering the food machinery business in Brazil and the second for the internationalization of a compression stockings company.In both cases, it was necessary to search for agents, importers and distributors, as well as potential customers in order to build market analyzes and develop specific strategies aimed at the internationalization of these companies.

Such activities involved:- Contract and Scope Management through close contact with the client’s representative and internal stakeholders.- Leading a team of six other members and coordinating the report production as well as the field research activities- Creation of reports with potential strategies as well as assessing threats and opportunities.
