Responsible for 11 New Holland dealerships with more than 400 employees. Throughout my career, I helped bring to life one of the best CRM for agribusiness. I followed and was part of the company's growth, from 6 small stores we increased to 11 mega stores, requiring the entire structure to be readjusted several times. With my help, we migrated our old ERP to a more robust and updated one. I monitor and supervise all monitoring and security aspects of all stores. Likewise, I supervise the entire operation of solar energy plants, as well as the electrical energy contingency through fuel generators. I supervised the restructuring of all the company's digital information, after we suffered two ransomware attacks. With this, I improved the company's cybersecurity, implementing better firewalls, antivirus, creating user access rules and policies, and replacing old servers and laptops with newer, more agile and secure ones. I also supervised the implementation of a new backup tool, with encryption and contingency for a cloud platform. I analyze all payments related to IT, internet and telephone equipment on a monthly basis, always focusing on cost reduction, better services and new technologies. In short, I try to keep the company with its entire structure in operation, focusing on agility, security, innovation and cost reduction.
