Business Performance, responsible for the company's management system, with a mission to define strategies, coordinate planning, establish metrics and goals, manage projects and processes, as well as structure governance and result reports.My professional journey is marked by a continuous evolution in applying managerial expertise. With a background in accounting, I found my interest in managerial tools and analyses, as evidenced in financial statements. As a management consultant, I contributed to over 12 diverse projects, serving clients from various sectors, countries, and industries, delivering effective solutions through professional management. Subsequently, I embraced the challenge of structuring the management department in a financial market company and then seized the opportunity to lead the data analysis team, creating a powerful synergy to amplify the organization's goal attainment.
