Scope of these implementation include sites from different type of businesses, such as Flexible Pipes, Umbilical Pipes, Subsea Production Systems, Control and Automation Systems and Surface Equipments;- Implementation of MES system PCFactory for both Flexible’s manufacturing units in Brazil (Vitória and Açu), integrated with machine PLC for automatic shop floor data gathering, avoiding manual entries;- Implementation of CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) tool PRO Smart CPQ, helping on the CTO (Configure To Order) initiative. Scope includes: Raw Material consumption calculation, Routing configuration and setup and process times calculation, manufacturing tooling requirements definition, technical data calculation, costing and proposal from RFQs and integration with ERP and APS systems; - Consultancy on ERP concepts and integration landscape, working with systems such as ERPs Oracle and SAP, APS Opcenter APS (formerly Preactor) and MES PCfactory, ABB, Wonderware and Siemens;Continuous work on data digitization, replacing several Excel spreadsheets and paper forms with systems, reports and dashboards;

- Implementation of software APS Preactor on companies such as Margirius, Flexibrás, Akzo Nobel and Smart Modular Technologies, often creating custom advanced scheduling rules and integration with other systems such as ERP and MES.
