Working with experts from around the world to achieve the necessary transformations for the business;- Leadership of Transformation Projects of the main mining companies in Brazil, generating value for the business by focusing on results and optimizing processes;- Leadership in Economic Management of a large gold mining company, headquartered in South Africa. Responsible for budget control of Capex and Opex, Routine Production Management, Strategic Planning and Mining Complex Improvement Projects :: annual production 300 KOz gold and annual budget of $300 M.- Consulting in Operational Excellence in several mining companies in Brazil, Honduras and Mexico, generating value both in increasing production and reducing costs. In-depth knowledge of underground mining processes.- Implementation of a Management System for a large mining player, operating both in Brazil and Mozambique. Coaching with local team, teaching and implementing management methods such as PDCA and SDCA.- Acting as PMO in several large clients, implementing projects in Steel, Thermoelectric and others. Budget projects from ~500 MUSD. Responsible for implementing all Project Management knowledge areas.
