• Responsible for the operations of Amcor Flexibles Chile, considering the areas of production, maintenance, supply chain and SHE.• Responsible for the project of restructuring of operations, which resulted in a redefinition of prcesses and salary structures to align with the goals of the business, a restructuring of cadres personnel redefining roles and reassigning resources within the structure to develop areas such as maintenance and planning.• Responsible for the program of restructuring and reengineering of operations responsible for constructing and consolidating the operations of the company into only one (new) site. This process saw the transfer of all the production lines while maintaining business continuity.

• Responsible for the operation of refrigerated products (yoghurt, cheese, desserts, juices and waters), managing a team of 500 people.• Responsible for an expense budget of $ 5 million per year, in addition to an investment budget of an additional $ 1.5 million.• Responsible for reengineering production and maintenance, allowing an improvement of service levels by more than 12%. • Responsible for leading the plan to improve operational safety, resulting in a reduction of accidenty rates by 90%.• Leader of the Program of Autonomous Maintenance (TPM), reaching stage 4.

• Responsible for the San Miguel factory of Unilever in Chile, which covered all operational aspects and a staff of 350 people.• Responsible for an expense budget of $ 5 million a year, plus an additional $2 million investment budget.• Leader of restructuring project, consisting of production optimization, automation of the production lines and improvement of operations, taking the plant to World Class level. This process was developed maintaining operational continuity and without loss of sales.• Led the implementation of TPM operations improvement program• Member of the team responsible for defining Supply Chain strategies for Latin America.

• Responsible for the development process of products and markets for Latin America of the TBB category.• Led the project of concentration of all production operations in the Region of the TBB category into a single productive unit. Reduced the eight original plants to only one, generating savings of approximately $ 2 million per year in manufacturing costs alone, and generating equivalent savings in investments.• Led the the innvation process within Latinamerica.
