System & Solutions Engineer - Cranes
CurrentFocused on both industrial and port environments, specializing in the development and commissioning of projects within strict frameworks tailored to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:- Software Development: Specializing in load lifting projects, emphasizing the creation of tailored software solutions.- Controller Programming: Proficient in programming S7 PLCs and SIMOTION controllers, including the development of system databases and graphical interfaces (using STEP 7, TIA Portal, and WinCC 7.4; 7.5). - This includes the creation of Centralized Crane Management Systems (CMS) and Centralized Crane Control Management Systems (CCMS).- Inverter Commissioning and Optimization: Experienced in commissioning and optimizing inverters, utilizing tools such as SCOUT (including CeCOMM optimizations) and STARTER.- Installation Inspection: Conduct thorough checks of plant and equipment installations to ensure alignment with crane application requirements.- Functionality Testing: Perform comprehensive functionality tests in both laboratory and end-user settings, with a focus on troubleshooting system malfunctions.- Technical Support: Provide effective phone support to both internal and external technicians.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, general contractors, sub-contractors, and fellow employees.- Technology Research and Development: Engage in continuous study and development of new technologies to enhance our business model.- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and analyze customer needs, actively seeking new business opportunities to drive company growth.
