Integrated product development manufacturing engineer (Electrical, Avionics and Interiors) for the Embraer EJETS and E2 families Final Assembly Line (FAL):Main activities:Develop and validate systems installation requirements to support product development and improvement using a design for manufacturing and assembly approach.Support technical trade-offs in the integrated product development process.Analyze and validate engineering drawings.Execute process and accessibility simulations using CATIA and DELMIA.Create process plans for systems installation and testing using DPE - Delmia Process Engineer, MES, and SAP.Create technical specifications for the development and acquisition of tooling and equipment.Evaluate the impact of product change proposals on the assembly lines.Propose and lead projects to improve Manufacturing Engineering KPI's performance.Lead manufacturing engineering Kaizen and process improvement projects according to lean principles and quality tools (ex.: A3, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto, 5-Why, FMEA, PFMEA, and others).Automate tasks and analysis using Microsoft Excel, VBA, VBA and SAP integration.Support root cause analysis and implement solutions to solve non-conformities production issues (NC).Analyze Assistance Requests (AR) and create the corresponding Maitenance Manufacturing OrderAir Safety Agent (SMS):Main activities:Coordinate the investigation of prevention reports.Propose and lead projects to improve the prevention culture and mitigate risks on production process.Lean Engineering and Scrum master focal point:Support manufacturing engineering projects implementation by providing consultancy on lean engineering principles and Agile frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN)Development of dashboards in PowerBI

- Creation of 3D Process Planning and ergonomics simulation using CATIA V5, DPE (Delmia Process Engineer), 3DCOM, 3DVIA Composer and MES (Manufacturing Execution System);- Product and process development for prototypes assembly phase through entry-into-service and production ramp-up of commercial aircraft E2 family, IPD environment (Integrated Product Development) and series;- Responsible for drawings approval according to manufacturing requeriments (Poka Yoke, BOMs, MBD, Clash simulation);- Shop floor support with emphasis on just-in-time problem solving for commercial jet final assembly line;- Management of outsourcing projects: requirements specifications, design reviews and tryouts;- Knowledge in Interiors, Electrical and Avionics systems of the E2 family;- Kaizens and improvement projects at the company.

- Preventive and corrective Maintenance at mechanical and eletrical area; - Participation in the new automated production line C5 glass oven Start-Up; - Participation in the production line C3 glass oven retrofit;- Improvements at production line just-in-time problem solving.

-Specification and 3D modeling in Solidworks and AutoCAD of tooling andmetal structures mainly for glass industry;-Interface with customers for technical presentation.

- Installation, set-up and preventive and corrective maintenance at mechanical and eletrical area for plasma cutting machine; - Creation of operational manual for plasma cutting machine.- Interface coordination with italian office and brazilian maintenance support team.
