Managing and planning all of the agencies eCommerce clients' Performance Marketing solutions. I was responsible for defining goals, managing campaigns, reporting and making strategic decisions like budgeting and creative oversight. Part of my role was to coordinate with the multiple stakeholding teams (Social Media, Content, Product Marketing and Creative Department) to reach our goals.

I participated as coordinator of the Microsoft Partner Program in the Southern region of Brazil, being responsible for the relationship with partner companies, organization of technical events and academic formation, acting as an evangelizer of the Microsoft platform. I was also responsible for implementing the Startups (Microsoft BizSpark) Business Incentive Program that offered training, software benefits and investor meetings.
