I analyzed the jobs to identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, I conducted research with internal clients to gather feedback and analyze the functionality of the solutions we were developing.I was in charge of controlling the backlog and roadmap, aligning them with the defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) set by management.
