I began my career in ALL as trainee where I was able to perform in different projects (of different fields) inside of the scope that the company had to offer to the market.I performed as problem solver in different business units obtaining the following main results:- Average reduction of 32$ of costs in the main accounts (tyre, fuel, labor and maintenance),- Complete modeling for product distribution of the South East for customer service based in Sul through a multimodal platform (road, railway, storage and urban distribution).- Attendance of the 86% of the lead-time and 48% of the operational cost reduction.- Audit of the processes of the main railway point of grain transport of the group with a significant average gain (42%) of the main business performance indicators (turn of wagons, availability, maintenance, customer service, volume of transport and adherence to the plan).
