Acted as part of the team in charge of ensuring the quality control of all processesand final products before it was sent to the customer. The main taskof the intern was to analyze the demand and guarantee the right productionas the customer ordered, mediating between the customer, the sales and directive teamand the production team. The intern also elaborated quality certificates anddid documentation updates of working instructions in the industry and testinglaboratories for ISO certification process, according to standard norms and procedures. Lastly, participated in the implementation of the FMEA method in a production line at the factory.
