Ensure products availability and readiness for both Sales and Bid Management divisions. Responsible to liaise locally and with the Group products roadmap and ad-hocs requests. Interfacing the Group and Bid Management divisions. Fully responsible to manage entire products lifecycle management. Guarantee that standard services and solutions offerings shall be clearly defined, liaised and communicated with the Bid Management divisionEnd-to-end responsibility to prepare “off-the-shelf” offering to Bid Management Division mainly managing, supporting, and launching services and solutions by:Locally implementing the global Services and Solutions offering in order to pursue revenue budgets and targets, supporting Ingenico’s strategy to migrate from traditional HW industry manufacturer to a service and solution-oriented company;Creating business cases and opportunity identification at local level to report to Group specific local market requirements and trendsOwnership of two businesses lines: Services and Solutions;Services and Solutions Portfolios strategic definition with go-no/go empowerment level decision;Coordination with Marketing, Sales, Sales Admin, Finance, Factory, R&S, Test Lab, Headquarters, Bid Management as well as other divisions from Worldline Group to reach semestrial targets;360-degree interactivity with multiple internal and external areas;Services and Solutions Lifecycle Management;Gap Analysis and Benchmarking;Create, Execute and Manage GTM plans which includes but not limited to: Business Model Definition, Price Positioning, Roadmap Management and Product wrap-up. End-to-end Partnership Management: Strategic partnerships creation to enhance/improve company portfolio offering/deployment, Contract Management, Implementation and Management. Technical and Commercial Offers Creation and Standardization, Services and Solutions Training for Sales and Bid Management Departments and customers and Market/regulatory requirement analysis.
