I’m a 34 years old Communications Strategist and Creative Writer, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, game design, and political science. I'm the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Open Sky Games, a fun & freedom seeker game studio currently developing Echoes of Cryptalia,I worked as the Head Writer and Comms Specialist of Deviants’ Factions, a digital Trading Card Game. During my time in the company, I led a team of professionals tasked with strategic communications planning and campaign and asset design, including:● Planning and execution of our debut sales campaign, where we sold out in half an hour (9,600 units at 99 USD each).● Design of a growth strategy for social media. I was tasked with the effort since its inception and generated +40K Twitter followers and a community of 9K Discord members.● Outline an immersive way of storytelling, using social media outlets to deepen the illusion of our user base being part of the game’s proposed “veiled struggle”.Previously, I also worked as a political communications advisor for a series of small campaigns during the 2020-2021 Chilean electoral cycle. As part of a consultive body, we took small-budget campaigns and provided them with general strategic outlines, propaganda copywriting and screenplay, and social media data analysis. This particular experience gave me the ability to talk to starkly different audiences while providing general cohesion, as well as a deep sense of word choice and storytelling for times of crisis.Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a translator and writer in a variety of projects, from games to personal texts that have brought seven State-issued literary awards -- the most recent, issued in September, 2024, for a book of short stories. I’m convinced that storytelling is the cornerstone of communications policies and strategies. No matter if we’re talking to users, voters, or literature readers, the overarching goal will always be to draw a line between scattered dots, thus generating a picture they can understand and integrate naturally.
