As a Facilities and purchasing senior officer, I have achieved success in the implementation of operational teams and processes and cost reduction in different companies and sectors, such as: School campuses (Wff, CCR, The British College of Brazil) commercial and residential properties (CCR, Sanca Galpoes), Distribution centers (Anjun) and laboratory (Labet). These have been some of my main functions:- Workplace general management • Management of third-party contracts and their respective costs and expenses. • Documentation audit, report generation and controls. • Administrative tasks, including responsibility for accounts payable in the department. • Management of employee time tracking (HR) and work schedule • Management of Anvisa regulatory affairs and licenses. • Corporate travel management. • Hiring and supervising of operational teams, such as cleaning, security, gardening, maintenance, etc. • Planning and monitoring of general maintenance in the company buildings, such as preventive maintenance and corrective in HVAC systems, hydraulics, generators, exhaust fans, electrical cabins, etc. • Management of building renovations • Assembly and disassembly of events • Purchasing and Procurement - entry of purchase order and supplier data via system, negotiations, quotations, BID process. • Executive fleet management. • Administrative support for Brazilian and foreign executive board, including management of accommodation, transport, travel, visas and documents.
