• Design install and maintain domestic and commercial ventilation and air conditioning systems.• Quotations and purchases of materials with different suppliers.• Liaison with managers, suppliers, and all trades on-site to effectively get the systems installed, meeting all requirements and deadlines.• Building surveys during the pre-construction phase to ensure routes are free and the project will be executed according to the company requirements and building regulations.• Galvanized and PVC Ductwork, HRU units, split and multi-split air-conditioned systems, gas R-32 and R401A.• Delivering air conditioning system pressure test and ventilation air volume testing.

• Install metal and wooden studs to create the framework for walls and ceilings.• Apply plasterboard or drywall to surfaces, ensuring precise measurements and accurate installation.• Skim and finish walls to create a smooth surface for painting or wallpaper.• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure proper integration of services.• Perform accurate and efficient joinery work, including fitting doors, windows, furniture, worktop, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, etc• Execute decorative finishes, such as cornices and skirting boards, Victorian and Cavendish panels. • Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure adherence to project requirements.
