I am originally from Santiago, Chile, and bring blend of artistic creativity and technical expertise to my role as a UI/UX Designer and Assistant Artistic Director at Dana Tai Soon Burgess Dance Co. My journey began in the performing arts at the age of 12, leading to several awards and distinctions, and advanced degrees including a B.F.A. in Dance, an M.A. in Dance Education, and an M.F.A. in Dance.As a UI/UX Designer, I focus on creating user-centered experiences that are inclusive, equitable, and accessible. My design philosophy emphasizes clean, intuitive designs that balance aesthetics with functionality. Drawing from my artistic background, I ensure each project resonates deeply with the user.In my current role at the Dana Tai Soon Burgess Dance Company (DTSBDC), I combine design expertise with artistic vision to support the company’s mission. I also produce and edit the SLANT podcast, where I delve into the intersections of dance, culture, and creativity through digital content.
