- Contribution in the development of business simulation to large mining industry.Workshop cofacilitation to managers from mining industry approaching topics as feedback, psychological safety and People Management good practices.- Attendance in international events (inside and outside of Brazil) with participants from different countries to learn BTS services and strategies to apply those in clients project with variety of profiles.- Involvement on an Onboarding Program for new directors from a recent bought company of the gas distribution segment.

Contribution in the following projects:- Having as client industry that produces and sells PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) with over 25 years of existence in the segment – using Quality Management Tools oriented by PDCA framework to find opportunities when reducing spending and reorganizing commercial structure.- Working with representants of sugar-energy industries as clients to help them redesign processes, set KPI’s and success vision / goals for short, mid, and long term.- Partnering with a Telecom Company aiming cost reduction and commercial sector restructuring using the PDCA Cycle - after diagnosing its current financial state.

- Coordination Support into Strategic Activities- Team Performance Indicators Monitoring- Hospitals Performance Indicators Monitoring- Support to the Purchasing Department in Shared Activities- Material Transfer Planning Between Hospital Badim and other Company’s Hospitals - Supply Planning at Barra D’Or Hospital- Supply Planning at Norte D’Or Hospital
