Responsável pela utilização do modelo estocástico para simulação de diferentes cenários (teor, paradas, projetos etc.) de forma a auxiliar as tomadas estratégicas de decisão. Criação do modelo de rotinas de gestão a ser seguido para o modelo operacional.Projeto escolhido no funil de inovação para aumento da previsibilidade da vida útil dos refratários utilizando-se de inovação aberta para criação de medição de desgaste via câmeras.Suporte na integração entre áreas operacionais e inovação;Suporte e estruturação da implantação e disseminação dos princípios de melhores práticas (BPPs) do grupo para as operações.Suporte e estruturação do programa para superar capacidade nominal da planta para o Níquel buscando mapear possíveis gargalos e/ou problemas que restringem a empresa a atingir uma performance além.Disseminação dos princípios do modelo operacional da Anglo American pela unidade Níquel.

Responsável pelas avaliações e decisões de processo em projeto do Araguaia de FeNi com valor superior à 600 M USD como parte da área técnica e de processo com gerenciamento de cerca de 80 M USD em pacotes de fornecedores (Secador e calcinador rotativos, refinaria de FeNi, Granulação de metal, pulverização de carvão, laboratório, britadores, primários, secundários e terciários e despoeiramentos). 90% dos pacotes com reuniões conduzidas em inglês.Dentre as responsabilidades estavam:• Tomada de decisão para rota do processo• Adequação do posicionamento das estruturas com finalidade de melhorar layout de operação;• Realização de gestão de mudança para alterações do projeto.• Controle de ações dos pacotes sob a gestão;• Definição de responsabilidades em limites de bateria de pacotes.• Alinhamento constante com time de outras disciplinas da engenharia para adequar e garantir que os parâmetros necessários para operação fossem atingidos.

Productivity increase of 20% in refining.• Responsible for prioritizing preventive maintenance, coming from the PCM, for the reduction and refining equipment with a strong interface with maintenance.• Direct participation in the development of a new metal granulation technology project using rotary distributors with a 30% reduction in losses.• Responsible for the access control project, in areas with handling of molten cargo, focusing on people safety;• Indirect management of about 200 people, coordinating activities to achieve safety, training, cost and production goals.• Responsible for planning, programming and controlling plant shutdowns involving around 400 people, the largest being the complete renovation of two reduction furnaces with zero incidents and on time;• Direct performance in cold and hot commissioning of refining, reduction and calcination equipment.• Experience with shift change.

Responsible for monitoring the plant's KPIs acting in the operation for correction and search for results.• Responsible for the study focusing on increasing the recovery of free gold in the tailings through gravimetric concentration, for investment evaluation.

Responsible for planning pellet storage for direct reduction in the yard, and their subsequent shipment on ships, ensuring the final quality agreed with the customer.• Participation in improvements to the pelletizing process and the covering of burnt pellets (Coating).
