I started at the age of 17 at the company learning to support the websites of the time, but after just over a year, I also dedicated myself to the demand for help desk and service desk support that existed and was not addressed until then.Over time, assuming more of the demand for IT infrastructure and management, I found myself supporting the company, ensuring the planning, implementation and management of technological resources.As the aim was always to seek improvements, I always participated in the account management and investment of the IT sector, negotiating and also managing the sector's purchases, inventory and service plans.Until my departure, I guaranteed support with a feeling of ownership at the headquarters in São Paulo with 50 employees, branch in Campinas with 5 employees, branch in Rio de Janeiro with 5 employees and a partner brand in the B2C segment in São Paulo, with 5 employees.
