Design and implementation of the Medical Biosimilar strategy for the region for the entire portfolio:Responsible for developing and implementing the regional medical strategy based on aligned strategic imperatives for the integrated Pfizer/Hospira Biosimilars portfolio.Development and maintenance of a regional KOL mapping strategy as well as region-specific opinion leader and expert advice plan.To establish a collaborative partnerships plan with key advocacy groups/patient associations to support the ongoing Biosimilars strategies and development programs.Oversight of the regional medical communications plan including the provision of information and education on the Biosimilars portfolio to health care specialists and other key stakeholders including payers and patient organizations across therapeutic areas.Contribute to the medical planning for each of the disease area and asset teams, and work with medical leadership across PEH to develop and implement the regional/local team medical plans to support the Biosimilars portfolio in all relevant markets.Maintain effective communication and collaboration between headquarters, regional functions and local medical, commercial and other colleagues.

As the Regional Medical Director I develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for Hospira Pharma and Devises business across the regional entities in Latin America and provide a strong interface between the company Local Entity and Global teams.I support the regional company business by providing resources and direction to the local medical teams to oversee the development of the clinical content in marketing materials that guarantee a correct promotion and successful campaigns in line with Hospira’ s Procedures for Interactions with Healthcare Professionals as well as any regional/local regulations and international recommendations.I am responsible for strategic clinical relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders in the region.I rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.I express a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
