As a marine surveyor, my responsibility encompasses conducting vessel surveys to assess, monitor, and report on the condition of vessels, cargo holds, and cargo. Additionally, I inspect damage incurred by both the vessel and cargo. My expertise extends to conducting bunker quantity surveys, on-hire/off-hire surveys, vessel condition reports, vessel purchase reports, sludge removal surveys, cargo hold cleaning inspections, hatch cover water tightness tests, lashing, stuffing, and stripping of containers or break bulk. I have also participated in cargo loading and discharging operations, as well as draught surveys onboard vessels. Over the course of my career, I have represented a range of clients, including Charterers, Owners, Cargo Underwriters, P&I, and other entities.

I have held two previous positions, as a Steel Process Operator and a Mechanical Production Engineering Intern. In my capacity as an operator, I was responsible for managing various equipment and ensuring a safe and well-maintained working environment. During my internship, I worked alongside an experienced team, focusing on optimizing the production process. My responsibilities involved actively identifying areas that could be improved and contributing to the development and implementation of new strategies.

I have experience in developing process improvement projects aimed at increasing equipment efficiency and productivity, while also reducing costs and ensuring quality, logistics, economic viability, safety, and environmental sustainability. Additionally, I specialize in gathering and analyzing data to prepare statistical reports on production performance, improve outcomes, cost reduction programs, operational procedures, and other process-related needs.

I have completed a course related to metallurgy, occupational safety, quality control, mechanical principles, electrical principles, and an in-depth understanding of the steel production process. My experience also includes closely monitoring the production cycle of thick steel plates and developing a comprehensive knowledge of equipment operation in the area. Additionally, I have expertise in preparing equipment performance reports and risk assessments and environmental care reports. Finally, I have experience in assisting with the supply chain management for the area.
