Application support for the the revenue assurance department at the leading telecommunications company in Brazil (32% market share).Responsible for pro-active detection of issues and performance tuning in a variety of processes involved in the provisioning of analytics data to internal clients.Many of the processes I took care of were responsible for gathering raw data in many different systems across the company, extracting it to data warehouses and then transforming it into valuable information for decision making.In nearly 5 years working with this massive, complex environment of systems, I was surrounded by multiple different technologies and tools which I became fairly experienced with:► Oracle Database► PL/SQL► Unix Shell Script► Java► Informatica Power Center (ETL)► BMC Control-M (workload automation, job scheduling)► WeDo RAID (Revenue Assurance Integrity Driller)

My job at eWave was my first experience with databases. I was outsourced to work for Telefonica (formerly GVT), one of the largest telecommunication operators in the world.My main role in the beginning was to apply manual changes to database tables in order to quick-fix systematic errors found by the company's revenue assurance team. As I got more experienced I started to notice some patterns in my demands which motivated me to look deeper into the root cause of the issues I was fixing manually. That behaviour led me to be hired directly by Telefonica to be on their revenue assurance systems team.

At Stefanini I was outsourced for an on-site level 1 Help Desk position at CNH (Case New Holland), a massive agricultural and construction machinery manufacturer. In the beginning I started dealing with trivial Microsoft Windows and Office related questions and as the time went by I learned to handle more complex requests such as the management of their Citrix Workspace, and Microsoft Foxpro script bug fixes.

Provide remote support to SONY VAIO laptop/desktop users. Though my main role was to answer customers' calls, respond to their requests and troubleshoot their issues, I also actively helped management on the creation of a knowledge base with step-by-step action plans for future calls with frequent problems.
