Responsible for coordinating different shops in the plant to reduce process variation. Organizing meetings cross-functionally with all managers to determine the correct approach and define dates and resources.

Guaranteed the quality for mixing and calendering materials making sure procedures were followed, operators were trained and qualified, all the documentation was in order and creating new instructions, reaction matrix and visual aids for operators to prevent any quality issues. Also checking lab results and counter-verifying the liberation process of materials.

Lead the design and programming of a pipe inspection robot with a team of 3, creating a prototype in 3 months and building the final product in 6 months. The robot was sent to different factories with very successful results.
