Contribution in this strategic implementation allowing the company to reach new markets on USA.• Project control of transportation expenses (2011 – 2012): Implement SAP transportation module to allow the control and management of the freight expenses in 16 manufacturing mills and 4 ports. Contribution in reduce the freight expenses in Chile.• Roll Out SAP Peru & Colombia (2011): Manager in the implementation of SAP on Peru and Colombia in the modules MM and LETRA. Contribution in the standardization of process and reports related to logistics on Peru and Colombia.• Implementation of software Struxure (2011-2012): In charge of the implementation of the software Structure of IHS to standardize the material master for spare parts.
