Forestry company dedicated to the production and commercialization of wood pulp, panels, timber and energy with presence in more than 70 countries and sales over 5.329 US Millions.• Led a team of 5 people, direct report to the CTO, the main contributions were:o Controlled the IT OPEX, payments, and contracts of IT suppliers. Accomplished annuals saving of 200 MM USD due to review and renegotiate contracts and payments. o Developed the IT operations projects area, defined the methodology and SLA to optimize the delivery process of technological requirements.

• PMO leader in an SAP implementation for 6 mills on USA and 2 on Canada with design of process and best practices for the company, in charge of a team of 15 people for 1200 users, managing stakeholders in each Digital Transformation for each SAP implementation, supporting design & testing phases, change management and end user training.• Contribution in the definition and implementation of the best practices to increment the fill rate to the customers, reduce production and freight costs, reporting directly to the IT manager in charge of the project.

Manager of the IT Logistic area, with 4 people in charge, reporting to the manager in charge of the logistic and commercial systems, the main achievements were:• Project Integration SAP Arauco - Montes del Plata (2012 – 2013): In charge of the systemic integration between the SAPs of Arauco and Montes del Planta and the implementation of SAP for Arauco Netherlands. Contribution in increase the sales of the company to allow the commercialization of the wood pulp produced in Montes del Plata.• Project SAP Arauco Panels USA (2012): SAP implementation for a panels mill acquired on USA, 9 SAP module implemented in 3 months in charge of a team of 9 people. Contribution in this strategic implementation allowing the company to reach new markets on USA.• Project control of transportation expenses (2011 – 2012): Implement SAP transportation module to allow the control and management of the freight expenses in 16 manufacturing mills and 4 ports. Contribution in reduce the freight expenses in Chile.• Roll Out SAP Peru & Colombia (2011): Manager in the implementation of SAP on Peru and Colombia in the modules MM and LETRA. Contribution in the standardization of process and reports related to logistics on Peru and Colombia.• Implementation of software Struxure (2011-2012): In charge of the implementation of the software Structure of IHS to standardize the material master for spare parts. The project returns all the investment during it first year. Contribution in diminish the cost of acquisitions globally in the company.• Project migration of the material master for Arauco México (2011): Project of standardization of the material master in Arauco México. Contribution in the standardization of processes and diminution of costs for Arauco México.

Contribution in the standardization of the logistic processes of Arauco do Brasil.• SAP Migration (2009): In charge of the logistic SAP modules,LE-TRA, in SAP migration from version 4.6c to 6.0 in 3 months.• Control of transportation expenses for Arauco Distribución (2008): Implement SAP transportation module to generate 5% of saving in the freight expenses of the company.• MRP SAP (2008): Project manager for the implementation of MRP to reduce costs in the purchases of Arauco México and Arauco Distribución Chile.
