Working with a multi-cultural working team, divided between Brazil, Spain and Mexico, dedicated to deliver network security projects through the solution developed and marketed by Open Cloud Factory, called openNAC. In large part of the time I also dedicate myself to execute deliveries to clients located in Americas, Europe and Africa. In free time, focusing on working on the integration of softwares and operating systems, as well as improving the configurations of the applications we use, such as BRO IDS, extracting analysis of network flows and network behavior. Development of automations using shell script and open source solutions. Management of ELK stacks (Filebeats, Logstash, ElasticSearch and Kibana). Parse and ingestion of new types of data, integrations of solutions for data enrichment (geo ip, memcached, redis, etc). Generation of scorecards and dashboards for better management of KPIs;

Also acting on computer forensics and investigation of special events. Responsible for maintaining the log correlation of the environment, thinking about new event correlation, generating securiy alerts and intelligence based on raw data.

Participating on an exchange program of Santander Group, working on the development of an entire Big Data solution, starting from log collection, passing through log enrichment and normalisation, getting to real time analytics and alerting and finally doing the storage of data into HDFS.The entire project is supported by open source solutions and the expertise of our team on developing pieces of code to join all the softwares together, building an entire solution that can be used by the group.

As Information Security Consultant managing the information security needs of my customers, from defining and reviewing security information policies to the implementation of softwares and methodologies to comply with the policies. Developed action plans and vulnerability maintenance on customer’s configuration items assets. Main Accomplishments: I initiated the development of a secure communication system, aimed at offering the possibility of individuals and businesses to be able to protect their confidentiality and privacy. At the middle of 2012 it was finished and entered into the market in the end of 2012, providing shielding to communication and data storage for individuals and companies. Unfortunately, because of lack of investment, the entire system was placed on stand by, being only used by me and some acquaintances.
