Support for our voip customers. I provide support on a cloud Pbx. I help them with any provisioning devices, setup extensions, setup users, setup and issues with the soft phones, virtual fax, network settings, incoming and outbound call issues.

I had to provide support for Google Workspace customers. I had to help them to setup from their domain on the admin console, drive issues, gmail rules, spam, dns records, google sites to setup mx records or A records on the dns server. A full support for the whole suite as enterprise or education

I was a biller in charge of many Xerox clients. I had to process the payments, fix the billing if the reads were not accurate, made manual adjustments. I had to do adjustments when clients wanted to cancel their accounts.
