Terminal Operations Supervisor
CurrentI am responsible for managing Terminal operations.Planning, implementing, co-ordinating/ supervision of daily terminal operations.Relationship management with all regulatory bodies and stakeholders.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock report.Monthly tank capacity utilization and performance.Ensure effective and efficient depot operations with prompt Equipment maintenance and calibration requirements by liaising with the depot maintenance team.Terminal Performance management and review for the facilities and personnel.Ensure successful DPR, Airliner and other regulatory body inspections of the facility throughout the year.Controls inventory levels by conducting physical dips and reconciling same with data storage system.Ensure total adherence to standard operating procedure accordingly.Ensure product quality are within acceptable range by liaising with the depot QHSSE team.Preparation of annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
