My duties were as follows:• Requirements analysis – Interact with clients and Business Analysts to understand the scope and requirements of the project.• Coordinate with Manager in creating Test Plan – Identify the approach of Test Case management, Defect management and Review process.• Identify Test scenarios and create elaborate test cases for comprehensive analysis of application features.• Peer review of test cases to ensure adherence of best practice.• Execute test plans manually and carry out manual, functional and black-box testing.• Defect Management (using Jira) – Raise defects, follow up, retest and close defects.• Participate in Bug Triage meetings to clarify the validity of defects and assign levels of priority.• Identify any associated Test Data - Gathering and managing the Test Data to ensure planning and executing tests.• Presenting findings to business stakeholders and their project team to provide optimum solutions to defined requirements.• Regression testing of existing functionality to make that other features still works with the new changes and reporting progress.• Coordinate with the Business Analysts, Developers and Clients in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before releasing the software commercially

• Maintained data using in-house specific systems, ensured records are accurate and up to date• Provided administrative support to the vendor creation team who are responsible for the vendor creation and maintenance in the SAP system.• Checked for data errors, data quality issues, data mapping, other data validation and integration issues in the SAP ungraded system.• Used SQL select statement to query and retrieved information from the SAP database.• Scanned invoices on the in-house Captiva systems and transferred to the SAP system.• Used the in-house computer systems VIM in conjunction with SAP to resolved queries invoices and logged errors.• Other duties include updating request log in the Met intranet website.• Interacted on a daily basis with both internal and external parties including SAP development team, SAP functional team and Network Engineers.• Used Enterprise Buyer professional (EBP) system in conjunction with SAP to raised order, goods receipting and processed payments.
