Intermodal Business: responsible of overseeing, structuring and developing our rail offerings in Europe with the main Focus on West-East Routes v.v. (GB/France/Benelux/Germany <-->Austria/eastern europe [CZ/SK/HU/RO/BG] v.v.) and I actively support other departments such as Sales & Supply, Transport Management by evaluating and implementing various logistic solutions in the Intermodal spectrum. Responsible over Service Center "Trucking Department GB/France/Benelux/Germany": My main focus activity within this Department is in the operative and strategically general management in the area of Trucking with a focus on following countries GB/France/Benelux/Germany. Responsible for developing and ensuring the growth of each team member within the department (<5 team members).additional responsibilities:• Organizing and assuring the fluidity of procedures that occur in specific sections of the Intermodal Transportation;• Helping with integration of new employees in a team, by coaching and furthermore developing them;• Coordinating and planning company trains in collaboration with other departments;• Organizing often business trips to train terminals and to other partners;• Price negotiations/ controlling; • Organizing events in collaboration with our equipment department, such as driver information day and developing security measurements;• Applying and carrying on new corporate decisions, as well as opening new market opportunities;• Have responsibility over departments financial and personal Outcomes• developing and ensuring the growth of each team member within the department (>5 team members)
