Felix, is a engineering/construction management professional with years of experience in all aspect of general construction and engineering.Representing owners throughout the life cycle of construction projects within the United States. Mr Felix brings his personal and professional experience in a partnered approach to each project seeking to resolve issues and ensure best value for owners. As a construction manager/engineer, Mr Felix monitors the construction for workmanship, compliance with contract documents and osha standards. As part of his Construction Management responsibilities, Mr Felix has monitors/witnesses all testing, balancing, commissioning, hold points, close –ins and critical aspects of all construction phases. He has been responsible for project documentation including working files, daily reports, safety reports, and quality compliance reports. His documentation includes written reports, sketches, photographs, videos and references to applicable contract documents and codes. He reviews and provides recommendations of submittals for contract compliance; schedules logics, contract compliance and progress; contractors’ safety and Quality Assurance plans for conformance to industry standards as well as best practices. He tracks all aspects of the job including schedule, submittals, response to RFI’s. Mr. Felix , reviews progress payments as well as change order requests for accuracy as compared to contract document. He has helped his clients prepare positions on and negotiate modifications including scope, cost and schedule impacts.He has led pre-final and final inspections validating compliance and project close out including OMSI, as-built and follow-on warrantee inspections. His experience with a variety of construction means and methods allows, Him to provide insights into the project execution. Mr. Felix ’s proactive approach to resolving problems, deficiencies and/or inadequacies and responding to request for information has helps the owner achieve on time delivery and within budget.
