In depth knowledge of the day to day operations and have influenced to meet the top line and bottom line targets through efficient management of the operational aspects to exceed the yearly targets. Implemented various cost reduction levers and innovative models as part of the operational role. Drove Enterprise consolidation Point of View for the client and defined the operating model to support Non-functional testing, Test Data Management, UAT support for operational efficiency. Extended the managed services deal for the corporate division for 3 more years with additional scope and without an RFP process.
