Born in a small village in southern Germany, I was obsessed with sports from an early age. After completing my education in 2015, I was immediately tasked with my biggest project to date: the planning and realization of the headquarters of the 11teamsports group in Satteldorf, Germany.Until the go-live, I spent my time to adapt the logistics processes as best as possible to the rapidly growing volume of the company.With the move to the new headquarters in 2019, the focus was primarily on optimizing processes, planning and implementing further construction projects, integrating purchased business units and the constant development and management of almost 100 employees.After successfully setting up 11teamsports logistics, I decided to realise a life's dream - traveling around the world with a backpack. After a year full of emotions, impressions and a different view of life, I am starting a new adventure: setting up the European logistics strategy in various countries.
