Supporting the specialist departments on a wide range of personnel issues andadvising managers and employees on labor law issues• Design, coordination, implementation of all administrative HR activities(contract management, other forms and certificates, certificate management, working time/absence recording) • (Further) development of global and country-specific guidelines, frameworkagreements, processes and procedural models• Support managers in the recruitment and onboarding & offboarding process and the continuous development of the Employee Journey• Development of HR-KPIs and development / combination of relevant reports toHR management• HR Super User in all relevant HR management systems for implementation,further development and training of employees and managers• Preparing payroll and acting as a central point of contact for payroll tax and social security issues as well as processing of registration and certification matters for the DACH region• Active participation, respectively planning & coordination of HR-internal, temporary projects, such as: o Development, documentation and implementation of a consistent employee journey (onboarding/offboarding) including the design of relevant digital/analog tools (+80 new hires in 2022 for CSE region). o Elaboration, design and publication of a universal employee framework agreement (handbook) for all German sites (2022-2023). o Implementation of the HR modules (Timesheet Registration, Master Data, Payroll) in the ERP operating system Microsoft Dynamics 365 as HR Super User as well as the realignment of the HR processes (2022) o Participation as HR Super User in the implementation of the HRIS system CatalystOne (2022-present)
