I guide the creation of training materials and ensure that content aligns with program strategy and user feedback.Program Development and Proposal ContributorI play a key role in curriculum proposal and development, leading pre- and post-evaluation discussions. I help translate evaluation and impact data into actionable insights for program scoping and proposal enhancement.Team Leader and MentorI lead the trainers, fostering a positive culture, coaching team members, and providing ongoing feedback. I also manage the hiring of additional design support, ensuring the team is adequately staffed and aligned with project goals.Experimentation and Innovation LeadI contribute to experimentation strategy, design A/B tests, and prototype experiments. I am responsible for developing hypotheses, defining learning paths, creating data collection tools, and documenting lessons to propose product iterations.Learning Strategy CollaborationI collaborate with department leads to set a learning agenda and create tools and templates for data collection.
