Assist develop and implement occupational health and safety programmes in the operational departments. Ensure correct safe work procedures are followed in line with the site standards and Safety Management Plan. Coaching employees in effective safe work practices and drive safety awareness to build safety culture around workplace to achieve zero harm and incidents.

-Carry out risk assessments on routine tasks, maintenance works and constructions works prior to issuing permits to work,-Carry out Field Critical Checks on high risk task before task commence.-Carry out safety inspections on project sites, -Conduct safety awareness and coaching on field personnel,-Facilitate in-house safety inductions and safety trainings, coordinate and organise bookings for all safety specific area inductions, safety trainings, and other equipment operating permit trainings through LMS system,-Assist and facilitating incidents investigation level 1 & 2, and ICAM Investigation,-Follow up with responsible action owners and close out safety chess actions with recommendations, -Doc control - OHSE documents, and other related documents-Assist in creating and reviewing Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for project site out of mining lease areas,-Conduct weekly Safety Toolbox meetings with in the department.
