My core activities include full-stack Java software development, databank programming, quality assurance, performance optimization and testing. In the time I have worked for zapliance, I have learned that direct customer contact – especially during on-boarding and product support – is extremely important for me: Because only by understanding our customer needs, we can further develop our products and optimize their usability.
