En mi anterior rol en Weston Tools, establecí políticas de compra que resultaron en una tasa de disponibilidad de producto del 95%, manejando un inventario de $180 millones MXP. Mi misión es fortalecer el rendimiento operativo y la eficiencia, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo que valora la autogestión y la orientación estratégica del equipo.
