I provide sports chiropractic treatment for a wide array of patient demographics and injuries, utilizing some or all of: soft tissue work of various types, exercise prescription, chiropractic manipulation, and providing in-depth patient education.Lately I have been working on enhancing my specialization in overhead athletes, and rotational and lateral power development. This has included a focus on baseball and football throwers, hitters of baseballs and golf balls, and ice hockey players and goalies.My skills are based on an in-depth understanding of associated anatomy and an ability to modify for specific injuries and situations, knowledge of involved structures and how best to target various program areas for patients and athletes. I'm also confident thinking through an in-depth understanding of sports injuries, vectors and level of damage to take into account, and how to handle situations from a life-threatening emergency, to taping for stability in a low-grade acute injury.I enjoy taking a more creative approach to exercise prescription as well, taking into account the whole patient when suggesting movements, and starting them at appropriate levels for their already-present capabilities.As of December 2022, I've treated patients from all levels and sports, including NFL, CFL, International Softball, International Fencing, Collegiate level baseball and ice-hockey, golfers, tennis players, and soccer players to name a few.
