Planning and conducting multi-day workshops for new student tutors.The supervision of the newly trained tutors during the semester included visiting the tutors and evaluating their didactic performance.Additionally, I performed administrative and coordination tasks and created new educational materials.

A one-year internship in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Service Desk.During the internship I performed multiple tasks including support for employees of this site with technical difficulties. Moreover, I help with the documentation of the technical infrastructure and networks using FNT Command. Additionally, I started the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and integrated new hard- and software to advance this goal.
