Holds immense interests in Leadership development: for over 15 years worked within an educational institution while developing individuals and teams into leadership roles;While engaged on contract by Flying Mission Services as their liasons staff,developed a platform for educating the public and target partners on the roles of this NGO in improving community livelihoods,and most significantly in selling the ideals of establishing an Engineers Mechanics Training School for aircraft mantaince at SSKA;Has been instrumental in the conceptualization, designing, and implementation of an agribusiness venture for a field crop for processing in the north rift zone of Kenya as an intervention for transitioning originally pastoral communities into commercial smallholder mixed farmers.Notwithstanding,the dire needs of an informal group of independently working artisans at Old Naledi,South East District,Botswana and working in collaboration with CCID,generated a needs assessment to conceive and plan for developing a viable carpentry business for the group;Currently working in collaboration with CCID to support a group of Bontleng Community leadership to generate a needs assessment,develop an action plan for sustainable solutions towards an inherent challenge of Child Protection;
