Project: Enterprise Resource Planning System Implementation (odoo ERP)Summary: The objective of the project was automation of business process at the furniture company to increase efficiency, reduce operation cost between its two branches in Kisii and Kisumu and provide a road map for marketing and increase sales. The company processes were highly manual hence we had to provide a two year implementation plan to harness the success of the project. We achieved automation from Customer Relationship Management to Financial Records Automation. Key Responsibilities: The project management role was around making sure the company has a seamless adoption of the system and building the needed resources for success. The key responsibilities included;1) Project Initiation Activities that included meeting with client to discuss project goals, identifying the skills required, documenting the value the system will bring to the Company2) Project Planning that involved including budgeting, scheduling, Team Tasks alignment, Stakeholder Planning and resources planning. 3) Monitoring process of the project which breaking down any barriers that would affect project schedule and quality of expectations4) Helping the team members to celebrate each win and evaluating the general projects huddles and challenges.

Key Responsibilities: The Journal Involved quite a huge number of stakeholders from Universities, Colleges, Institutions and Doctors working on various regions and Areas of study;1) Project deliverables, Goals defining and management that ensured project key milestones are met. We held stakeholder conferences, meeting and collaboration to get input on the requirements for better planning and delivery2) Project Planning that involved including budgeting, scheduling, Team Tasks alignment, Stakeholder Planning and resources planning. Project Process Management and documentation and scoping to make sure all tasks are aligned and each team member understood 3) Monitoring process of the project, working with distributed teams to make sure they are all motivated in delivering their part of the project that included papers reviews and editorials for publication.

The database contains information of corruption related cases that have been adjudicated upon and those that are yet to be concluded by various courts in Kenya.
