Felix Rivera, Founder & Owner of Veracity Capital Advisors.Veracity Capital Advisors is a commercial real estate advisory firm established in 2013, specializing in debt origination, placement, asset management, risk assessments and due diligence services.Mr. Rivera has over 25 years of real estate experience in commercial mortgages, asset management, and capital markets.  Most recently Felix was co-founder & COO of Streamline Realty Funding, an origination service company focusing on commercial bridge loans throughout the U.S.. Prior to Streamline, Felix spent 16 years at Deutsche Bank where he held various roles within Global Banking, Global Markets and Private Clients Asset Management. Mr. Rivera worked on the CRE primary issuance desk managing multi-billion financing lines and table funding arrangements for strategic bank clients. Mr. Rivera was one of the initial members and COO of TransAtlantic Capital Company (a.k.a. Deutsche Banc Mortgage Capital), a JV formed with Deutsche Bank for CMBS origination.  Felix has created, established and implemented various business line operations, including: - Streamline Realty Funding's origination, underwriting, credit and administrative functions. - TransAtlantic Capital Company’s financial, operational and internal control infrastructure. - Deutsche Bank’s control desk management function, responsible for daily trade execution, P&L and risk for CMBS North America, European and Asian trading desks. - Deutsche Bank’s CRE Global Risk Management division responsible for proactively identifying areas of potential credit, market and operational risk. Mr. Rivera received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and has a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
