I have been working as a collections officer at 4G capital Kenya ukunda branch since 2020 and I was among the first pioneers to open the branch which was not an easy task , starting from marketing to familiarize the clients with our services and convince them that we are the best wasn't a walk in the park but day by day I learnt the norm and it came a routine and for the three years up to date it's a milestone as we have achieved alot, the company is well known and also the portfolio is now stable, this is a job that requires commitment and discipline and last of all and above all it needs a prayerful warrior always to put God ahead of your plans
