 Manages accounting and reconciliation for over 200 trust accounts within 3 facilities Responsible for posting an excess of 1 million dollars per month to the correct payer sources for Menorah Manor Responsible for insurance verifications for all approved admits Improved write-off procedure by creating a form that facilitates the write-off process  Work cohesively with 3 other co-workers to meet collection standards for all 3 facilities Prepares deposits correctly and accurately for twice a week bank deposits Responsible for responding to all billing inquiries and collecting on outstanding balances

Managed and supervised account receivable, payable, and monthly billing. Daily reconciliation of census with emphasis on many payers. Familiar with entire Medicaid process. Responsible for resident trust accounts(RFMS). (PCC & AHT)
